Willis F. McNeal
He is a native of Cleveland Ohio. A graduate of Bryant & Stranton College, and a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He currently serve as a Deacon at the Throne of David Missionary Baptist Church in Berea, Ohio. Currently work in service at the Veterans Administration Hospital. He has been married 20 years to his current wife and have six children which includes one autistic son.
