Darryl Rivers
Darryl L. Rivers is a U.S. Military Veteran and a retired Law Enforcement professional. He started as an Officer with the Detroit Police Department, transferred to Arizona as a Special Agent with the Arizona Office of the Attorney General, and retired as a Sergeant with the Goodyear Police Department. Darryl is the founder and owner of the national training company The L.E.A.D. Company. He has held leadership positions with multiple organizations, U.S. Military, State and local law enforcement agencies and non-profit organizations. Darryl is a national leadership speaker and trainer, a published author, Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Emotional Intelligence analyst/trainer, and an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Certified Team Member.
