Luca DeGrossi
Luca DeGrossi is a principal at Pioneer Communities which is a full-service commercial real estate investment firm focusing on the acquisition and management of manufactured housing communities. He is also a co-founder of “That Real Estate Page” @RealEstate and that is a full-service media production and digital marketing platform tailored to the real estate community. He studied mathematics at Columbia University here in NYC and graduated Villanova University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business. In his spare time, Luke is a Student Mentor at Villanova University for students in finance and business; he is a Mentor at the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation and a Founding Board member of Building Excellent Schools.
