Mark Truchan is a Director in PwC’s Customs & International Trade Practice where he advises U.S. and multinational companies on the complexities of international trade and customs. In doing so, Mark has developed and implemented comprehensive trade strategies that are harmonized with global tax and supply chain structures. Mark has deep subject matter expertise with an extensive range of trade-related issues, including: trade automation, related party pricing, customs valuation, first sale, foreign trade zones, duty drawback, compliance reviews, focused assessment support, prior disclosures, classification, special trade program/free trade agreement support, M&A due diligence and indirect tax analysis of supply chains. Mark is a licensed Customs Broker and received an M.B.A. from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, specializing in Strategy, Supply Chain Management, and Global Sourcing. Mark received a B.S. in International Business from Fairfield University.
