Jordan Katz
Jordan Katz, Global Head of Employee Experience Transition Programs at Qualtrics, focuses his practice on advising clients on the effective and impactful use of data and analytics to develop strategies that predict outcomes and increase performance. He specializes in providing thought leadership to companies that go to market through third parties such as distributors, dealers, and agents. Prior to joining Qualtrics, Jordan co-founded a Predictive Talent Assessment business unit for one of the world’s largest Venture Capital Firms using the Qualtrics platform. Prior to that, Jordan ran a division of Gallup focused on applying Behavioral Economic research to increase enterprise performance by optimizing Workplace, Marketing and Operational strategies. Jordan received a B.S. from Vanderbilt University, his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business and a Certificate in Data Science and Analytics from M.I.T.
