David Youssefnia, Ph.D. is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with over 20 years of experience consulting companies on important human capital and productivity issues. Over the last several years, David also advised several tech start-ups and challenged them to build organizational science into their product. After realizing how big this market could be, he decided to take things into his own hands and co-founded Uplevel. The company is currently in private-beta and has secured significant venture funding.
