J. Paul Duplantis
J. Paul Duplantis is the Founder of EmergentWeb.org. In addition, he is the marketing and communications director for the motorcycle dealership group Arizona Kawasaki, Inc. and has worked as a consultant for TimeFireVR, Arizona Contractor Licensing, and Exam Center, Trigon Professional Employer Organization, and Trigon Insurance company. He is a commentator and writer on the intersection of technology and human interests through his blog EmergentWeb.org, focusing on the threats and opportunities found in current iterations of communication technology. With a BSBA degree from CSU Pueblo, Colorado and a background in consulting, marketing, communications, and technology staffing, Paul has spent the last 20 years observing the evolution of the web from a bottomup, open source, distributed platform to the top down, siloed, ad monetized solution we see today.
