Olaf Schoenfelder
Olaf Schoenfelder is the Global Director Insurance Solutions at SAP SE. As part of the Industry Business Unit Insurance Olaf Schoenfelder is responsible to define, to build and to market an end-to-end cloud platform to support banks and insurance companies to transform based on today’s trends and customer needs. In his role he engages with customers and prospects, and drives close collaboration between SAP’s development, sales and service units, and SAP partners. Previously, he held various positions in business development, product management and field service. In those roles he helped developing SAP’s strategy and supported sales activities in the Insurance industry. When Olaf joined SAP in 1998 he spend three years in Chicago where he collaborated closely together with SAP’s charter client Allstate Insurance to build SAP’s Claims Management for Insurance solution. He holds a degree in Economics and Computer Science.
