José Negron
Mr. Jose Negron is CEO/President at AVANTI Technologies, Inc., an Annandale, Virginia, veteran-owned small business established in 2006. He retired from the USAF in 2005 in the rank of Colonel after 29 years of service. Currently, Jose is the host for Today, Tomorrow’s Technologies (T3) show on VoiceAmerica.com on the Variety Channel every Tuesday at noon EST (https://www.voiceamerica.com/show/2721/today-tomorrows-technologies). Mr. Negron has hosted T3 for two years and worked 40 years on government/commercial technology programs while pioneering research for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). He was the program manager leading the 1st DARPA Grand Challenge Autonomous Vehicle event across the Mojave Desert in 2004. Mr. Negron’s technical insights are often sought out to assist or lead future research efforts and execute one-of-a-kind programs or activities leaving a positive mark on our nation and the international community.
