She is also the Executive Director of National Women in Leadership Association, a membership based education and resource organization that supports the advancement of women in the workplace. Mrs. Beedles offers over a decade of experience overseeing projects and holding various management positions for fortune 500 companies. She worked as a COO in the nonprofit sector for 8 years where she was responsible for organizational and leadership development.
