Marty Groover is currently a leading Partner in the Industry 4.0 practice for the C5MI business transformation firm. He leads functional and technical teams that solve manufacturing business challenges by merging people, process and technology to create C5MI’s Live Factory® and Digital Reliability Centered Maintenance® solutions for Industry 4.0. C5MI solutions converge Information Technology with Operational Technology to create a live supply chain and manufacturing “Common Operational Picture” focused on operational execution to improve business outcomes. In May of 2021 Marty will release a book called “Speed of Advance, How the US Navy’s convergence of people, process and technology can help businesses win in the 4th Industrial Revolution”. The book is based on his experience in the Navy with technology and in 12 years of manufacturing operations with Caterpillar.
