Sonia Lee Sohn began her real estate career in 2001 after she decided to leave her legal career as a tax attorney. She began investing in rehab properties which led her to develop ground-up custom homes as well as investing in various commercial properties for the next 15 years. In 2013 to give everyday people a platform to invest in real estate, she found Leeward Real Estate Investment. Under her strategic direction, Leeward REI acquires, manages, and repositions a wide-ranging portfolio of multi-family buildings and commercial properties.
