Dave Breaugh
Dave Breaugh is the Americas manufacturing lead at Microsoft. He and his team develop and deliver transformation strategies to empower customers to create value and sustainable competitive advantage. He brings 30+ years of experience in both discrete and process manufacturing and is known for leading large-scale transformation and performance improvement programs. Dave enjoys leading cross-disciplinary teams to develop shared visions, orchestrate execution plans, and deliver measurable results. Dave is a recognized expert in value management, and a founding member of the Value Selling and Realization Council. Previously, he was a Global Enterprise Transformation Partner at IBM and the NA Lead for SAP Industry Value Engineering. He has held leadership roles at i2 Technologies, Trilogy and A.T. Kearney. Dave started his career as a GM engineer designing software enabled auto subsystems and manufacturing processes. He has a BSEE from Kettering University and MBA from the Univ. of Chicago.
