Helen is an employment lawyer, HR professional and business consultant – all rolled into one. She’s helped companies with millions of dollars of cost-savings through innovative people strategy and risk mitigation. With a law degree from Western and a Masters of LR and Employment Law from York, Helen’s passion is informed by human-focused business practices. She is the lead editor and author of two Thomson Reuters HR publications – Employment Policies that Work and Best Practice Terminations.
