Alicia is the Founder & CEO of Women in Tech World, a Canadian nonprofit that is dedicated to community-first research and programming to support and advance women in tech. Alicia led Women in Tech World's national research initiative, Driving WinTech, that resulted in Canada’s most extensive qualitative data-set on women in technology hearing from over 1,600 voices across 30+ tech communities. Alicia has been recognized as BCBusiness Top 30 Under 30. She speaks nationally, and has been featured in Fast Company and the Financial Post.
