Chris Morgan
Chris Morgan is an entrepreneur, investor and board member. He is the founding and managing partner of Lantern Partners, a retained senior executive recruiting firm based in Chicago. Chris has been recruiting CEOs and their direct reports for VC-backed and PE-owned technology and technology-enabled services companies for over 20 years. Prior to starting Lantern Partners in 2003, Chris was the youngest partner in the history of one of the world's largest senior executive recruiting firms, and he began his career in operational consulting at Arthur Andersen. Chris has served on the founding boards of Social Venture Partners Chicago, the Illinois Technology Association, and numerous other non-profits.
