Ronen Seri is the entrepreneur behind his wildly successful Blossom. A long time Vegan, Ronen established Blossom in 2005 out of necessity. New York City lacked restaurants, which provided health conscious and environmentally friendly dishes, and he wanted to offer an upscale yet welcoming eatery that also encouraged and allowed patrons to live a guilt free, balanced lifestyle.
