Dr. Nikolaus Krasser
Dr. Nikolaus Krasser, CEO and co-founder of Pentos AG, has 20 years’ experience in designing, building and running digitalized HR IT systems. In 2007, he turned his attention to (SAP) SuccessFactors, and in the course of dozens of implementation projects over the years, has become an expert in all related matters, focusing on Cloud and Software as a Service. He also has hands-on responsibility for the complete value chain of HR processes, from data and process integration right through to transformation management and the design of support organizations, focusing on the special requirements in the Cloud. He has published books and many articles on the Cloud, HR and SaaS.
