Linus Tabellion
Linus Tabellion joined the DRÄXLMAIER Group, a global tier-1 automotive supplier, in 2015 after completing a double master’s degree in business administration and international management in Ireland and Germany. After joining the graduate program with several international assignments within HR operations, personnel development, and Recruiting, Linus led the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and consulted the recruiting departments globally as a specialist in the Center of Excellence. Today, Linus takes responsibility in the HR Strategy Office and is managing several HR initiatives with a focus on optimization, standardization, digitalization, and automatization. He leads the global deployment of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite at DRÄXLMAIER and is an advocate of challenging the status quo and a driver of digital transformation to increase the strategic contribution to the organization.
