Denise Munro has been the Principal Consultant at CRG (Cost Reduction Group) since 1994. Ms. Munro is a seasoned independent Information Technology Consultant with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. She is strategically focused on improving cost efficiencies by identifying opportunities to reduce recurring expenses and optimizing budgets. Ms. Munro possesses a strong background in technology infrastructure, hardware, software design and cost analysis. She is a nationally known speaker and trainer in the area of technology expense auditing. She is currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer for the Society of Communications Technology Consultants, International.
