Oliver Maurath
Oliver Maurath, Business Area Lead at metafinanz, has been into the consulting business for twenty years. After completing his Social Studies with a major in adult education he started his career in the field of e-learning and virtual classroom solutions, moved on to learning management systems and further on to Cloud HR suites over time. Oliver has been focusing on SAP SuccessFactors solutions and project delivery for more than ten years. He has held manager and leadership roles and has helped to grow or establish SuccessFactors implementation practices. In metafinanz, which he joined in 2015, his current main responsibilities are Sales, Partners and Business Development for the Digital HR practice.
