Florian Dreifus
Florian Dreifus is the COO for SuccessFactors in Middle & Eastern Europe. Representing the interface between Sales and Product Management, he works to provide thought leadership, portfolio direction and provide guidance for customer on their journey from OnPrem to Cloud. Florian started with SAP in 2012 as a Value Engineer followed by a VP Role heading the PreSales and Business Development for Financial Services in Germany. Before that he started his career at Munich Re Group as an Assistant to one of the Board Members at ERGO before he became the Head of Finance & Controlling at ITERGO (IT Service Provider of ERGO). Since many years Florian is an External Lecturer for topics around the Future of Work at the University of Saarland.
