Renee Stephens
Renee Stephens serves as vice president of Automotive at We Predict, providing predictive component quality, service, cost and competitive benchmarking analysis to major OEMs, suppliers, tech companies and industry organizations. Renee works closely with automotive industry companies and partners to provide leading-edge predictive capability in connected car, telematics, warranty and safety risk mitigation. Prior to joining We Predict, she served as vice president of U.S. Auto Quality at J.D. Power with responsibility for key U.S. automotive quality studies designed to bring the Voice of the Customer (VOC) into the vehicle and component development and delivery process. Previously, Renee worked for 28 years at General Motors, most recently serving as director of global quality data management in GM international operations, based in Seoul, South Korea.
