Jorgen Lindegaard, Senior Director, Global Sales Learning at SAP, has a 20+ year career in tech, from start-up owner and programmer to salesperson and sales manager. His main role now in the Global Sales Learning organization at SAP, working on leadership enablement at all levels. Jorgen has worked with more than 1,500 first line sales leaders over the last 5 years, focusing on team engagement, coaching and performance. In 2020, his key focus is preparing second line sales leaders and above for future general management positions.
