Isabell Petzelt
Isabell Petzelt is the Global Vice President of Customer Innovation & Strategy within the Technology and Innovation Board Area at SAP. Isabell has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, and over 15 years with SAP - most of that as a top talent and leader. In her current role, she leads initiatives to drive SAP’s innovation agenda across the company and to deliver solutions to customers using SAP’s Business Technology Platform. This includes developing and incubating sales, go-to-market programs geared towards uncovering new commercial models, driving customer engagements, revolutionizing the digital customer buying & adoption experience as well as collaborating on strategic partnerships that serve to increase the value of transformative innovation for customers.
