Leonard Maganza is the Chief Customer Officer at Syniti helping companies manage their most critical asset, their data. He works with customers to solve the world’s most complex enterprise data challenges to enable organizations to accelerate growth, gain actionable visibility, and reduce risks. Leonard started in the auto industry working at the light truck repair shop his father owned for 37 years…to having several auto dealerships as clients in his first job after college calculating dealer statistics…to helping with large scale technology advancements at automotive distributors and OEMs. All with a keen focus on business outcomes. In addition, Leonard has extensive experience in working with customers on both the buy and sell sides of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, overseeing data transformations triggered by merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions, including half a dozen transactions at Dow 30 companies.
