Bernhard Meyer
Bernhard Meyer is a Solution Expert for the Industry Business Unit for Industrial Manufacturing at SAP, with over 25 years of experiences in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry. Bernhard started his career as electric engineer at ABB Power Generation in Switzerland, starting as a development and manufacturing engineer. Later he was responsible for turbo generator testing and as technical sales engineer to non-ABB turbines. Since 2000, Bernhard has been working for SAP in various roles in business process design and business consulting within the Product Lifecycle Management area. Currently he is responsible for the topic of Research & Development / Engineering within industry solution management focusing on Product Lifecycle Management, the end-to-end “Engineer-to-Order” and Project Manufacturing topics. He works closely with leading global discrete industry companies, helping them make strategic IT decisions, and works with development team on new innovations and business models.
