Bettina Palazzo
Bettina is an expert in business ethics and advises companies and Non-Profits that want to take care of the leadership and cultural dimension of compliance. In recent years she developed a special focus on the creation of a speak-up culture and ethical leadership. She is also teaching at various Swiss universities where she enjoys bridging academic theory and practical application. Bettina’s expertise is drawn from over twenty-five years of experience as a researcher, consultant, and lecturer in business ethics. Fun facts: Bettina also has a blog about her city of the heart Rome and dances salsa. She met her husband on a business ethics conference and they have two almost grown sons.
