John Dilworth is a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding Space. He has over 13 years of consulting experience with Deloitte specializing in Talent Acquisition. John has a strong background in all functions of recruiting and onboarding. John’s SAP and SuccessFactors experience includes leading or advising on 20 implementations, both SaaS and on-premise models. Before joining Deloitte, John spent seven years in his company’s HR department where he spent most of his time recruiting and onboarding.
