Asia Stevenson
Asia Stevenson always knew she would become a teacher. Her first classroom contained baby dolls and stuffed animals lined perfectly across her comfy bed. Asia Stevenson began teaching English Language Arts to middle schoolers in 2015. She was able to infuse technology and coding into the English curriculum. Her students created stop motion videos, published a book which is available on Amazon, participated in podcasts, and created much more. Her love for technology led to a career change. Asia became the media coordinator at her middle school in 2020. She is able to continue teaching incorporating technology, literacy, and the curriculum but on a much broader scale.
