Marcin Bela

Marcin Bela is a Polish-American singer, pianist and composer. With an eclectic palette of influences including David Bowie, Phillip Glass and Marek Grechuta, his appearances have spanned the globe and spectrum of genre, from the Krakow Philharmonic Hall and Tanglewood Music Center to Piwnica pod Baranami and Burning Man Festival. His music has been featured in film, television and theatre. Marcin currently resides in Nashville, TN, where he performs at "Music City's" premiere venues, such as Exit In, Cannery Ballroom and Bluebird Cafe. As an educator, Dr. Marcin Bela has helped hundreds of pianists, singers and composers find their artistic voice. He is the founder and director of "Ezra Entertainment Education", a music school and artist development agency serving professionals and enthusiasts of all ages and experience levels. He is the author of "The Universe of Music - discovering music as science and science as music" - an online program integrating music education with science and humanities. He also partners with the Steinway Piano Gallery of Nashville on "Anatomy of the piano, anatomy of the pianist" - an outreach program educating the public on the foundations of a rewarding musical practice. He and Christi Anne have been married since 2017, practicing ethical non-monogamy. They travel together all over the world, teaching and entertaining.
