Ella and Mabel Sisters4Water

Sisters4Water is comprised of NYC sisters Ella and Mabel. They are artists and activists devoted to changing the world, one potholder at a time. This is their THIRTEENTH-year weaving potholders in support of water rights. Since 2008, they have raised over $17,000 to provide water to school communities in Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Haiti, Jodhpur, Kenya, Malawi, and the Navajo Nation of New Mexico. Their newest goal is to provide piped water for families in Appalachia. Their potholders are made from 100% cotton loops from a mill in New Hampshire, Harrisville Designs. Therefore, they are entirely made in the USA and come in two sizes: 6x6" for $8 each and 8.5x8.5” for $12. All of their materials are donated, so every penny they make goes directly to H2O for Life!
