Jennifer Beason
Jennifer “Jen” Beason joined SAP in 2007. She is a collaborative leader who wants to make her company and the world a better place to work and live -- and she has a GREAT time doing it. After a decade supporting SAP's customers in North America, she took her skills as a natural dot-connector and transitioned into corporate affairs to integrate company-wide efforts to help the world run better and improve people's lives. Her warm, innovative approach to business (often fueled by the young social entrepreneurs she surrounds herself with) continues to push the boundaries of leadership development and sustainable procurement. Today, Jen is the Global Director of Social Entrepreneurship at SAP, leading programs and partnerships that accelerate social business in more than 94 countries and collectively impact more than 1 billion lives.
