Japen Hollist
Japen Hollist is the Sustainability Leader for North America at SAP. He previously served as a Director of Value Advisory in SAP Intelligent Spend Management, supporting a winning team of account executives in the North America-West region. Prior to SAP, Japen served as Vice President for Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Aflac, a Fortune 500 insurance company. He collaborated with his peers on the CSR Committee for the company to be ranked on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index – North America and to achieve ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certification. He also served on the advisory board to the Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council. Japen is a graduate of the Harvard University Extension School with a master’s degree in Sustainability. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a master’s degree in geography from Brigham Young University.
