Frances Taplett
Frances Taplett is a Customer Success leader who brings 15+ years of management consulting and CHRO experience to Eightfold. Frances has served as the CHRO for the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT and before that was a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group. She is excited to help talent professionals and leaders better access and support talent. She has an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a BA from Stanford University.
