As the Change Lead of Deloitte Canada's Sustainability Office, Colton Chacalias focuses on the intersection between people, process, and technology to meet the challenges of the climate crisis and ensure Deloitte meets its WorldClimate commitments of reaching Net-Zero by 2030. Colton is also a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Organization Transformation Practice, with over 5 years’ experience developing and executing change management strategies and plans focused on system transformation, technology adoption, and behavioural change. Colton has supported transformations with large organizations in the Social Sector, Higher Education, Energy and Resources, and Transportation industries.
