Martin Weichhardt
Martin Weichhardt is a seasoned operations and transformation executive with a broad international experience. He worked for over 25 years in leading positions at industrial multinational conglomerates – mainly in operations and transformation roles. He spent almost 7 years at Airbus Defense & Space driving Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics and then Transformation and Sustainable Change. Before that he worked 20 years at Dow-Jones noted United Technologies Corporation, specifically at Otis Elevator, Hamilton Sundstrand (large aerospace supplier) and the corporate office. He joined Otis as a trainee coming out of the Technical University Berlin, where he received a joint Masters in Business Management and Mechanical Engineering. He believes in positive motivation, failure culture and the courage - for or to - change. He also is passionate about leadership development and coaching, and enjoys working with start-ups.
