Lenore Horton
Lenore Horton serves as general counsel and IP counsel to founder-led companies operating at scale. She is also the founder of Horton Legal Strategies PLLC, and has been practicing law for 19 years. She is an acclaimed corporate litigator, former AMLAW 200 partner, international trademark lawyer, and trusted advisor. She has been ranked #3 nationally by Black Enterprise magazine as a Top Black Female Attorney You Should Know, been recognized twice by Crain’s New York as a Top 100 Leading Lawyer, and was recognized by the Washington Business Journal for building one of the top 25 LGBTQ- owned businesses in Washington DC. Lenore holds a J.D. from Howard University School of Law, and an LL.M. in International Law from Fordham University School of Law. She has taught at law schools in the United States and Germany on business and human rights issues. Her practice focuses on serving as a strategic voice on legal matters for scaling businesses operating in the United States.
