Jaclyn Roberson
Jaclyn Roberson is senior partner with Roberson Duran Law, PLLC. Protecting families and properties is the foundation of the firm's success, specifically managing divorce, child support, child custody, adoption, and surrogacy. Jaclyn also practices estate planning, probate, and guardianship law. In February 2008, Jaclyn took a sabbatical from her law practice to join the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office to represent the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services in child abuse and neglect cases. These experiences have given her career breadth and afforded a diverse perspective on the family and its interaction with the law. Jaclyn attended The University of Texas at Austin and Tulane Law School.
