John Luizzi
John is a senior level executive with over 30 years of management experience in both the public and private sectors mastering an outstanding combination of business acumen and technical expertise. His unique and diverse background includes delivering results for distinguished organizations such as Time Warner, Humana, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Southern Glazer’s, and Kronos Connect, where he was company President and Chief Information Officer. Most notably, John’s experience includes a Congressional appointment to three terms of office at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) where he provided leadership and expertise in support of the federally mandated multi-billion-dollar business and technology modernization program. During his tenure, John directed the Joint Operations Center overseeing the IRS’s customer service operations, which is considered to be the largest and most complex customer service environment in the world. He also built the enterprise Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Security Risk Management, and Critical Infrastructure Protection programs, and directed the cyber security and emergency management incident response centers. John is currently the National Director of Business Continuity for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, directing the continuity and crisis management program for the largest distributor of wine and spirits in North America encompassing one of the most complex supply chain logistics networks in the world.
