Barry Sacks
Barry Sacks earned a PhD in semiconductor physics from MIT and then taught at UC Berkeley. He also earned a JD from Harvard Law school and is a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law. After spending 35 years as an ERISA attorney, he now has a private law practice providing special services to tax professionals assisting retirees living on 401 (k) accounts or securities portfolios. Barry often speaks to financial planning groups, estate planning and trust attorneys, accountants, and graduate students.
