Molly JOBE, CNM

Molly JOBE, CNM

Born and raised in the South, Molly first learned of midwifery when studying anthropology at Mississippi State University. She completed her midwifery training at Emory University in 2016 and worked in community health, out-of-hospital and private practice settings. She currently works full-time with a private practice in Atlanta as well as per-diem with Atlanta Birth Center, where she is also the principal investigator with the Wellness Within Project, assessing the impact of the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) in the perinatal period. She believes midwifery care is essential to improving health outcomes and advancing health equity in Georgia and beyond. She strives to practice within a social and reproductive justice framework and to work collaboratively with patients to make decisions about their reproductive health care. She has training in mindfulness-based stress-reduction, trauma-informed care, and perinatal mental health. When not practicing midwifery, you can find Molly hiking and playing outdoors with her husband Caleb and two boys, David (4) and Ethan (2).
