Sasha Lalite
Sasha Lalite (pronounced La-Leet) is the CEO and Founder of Meta Viable Solutions (an Outsourced Fractional COO and business consulting firm) and Sasha L Jewels (a Chic, Fresh, Eclectic Handmade Online Boutique). Sasha is a visionary, positive change agent, thought leader, game changer, author, creative, entrepreneur and innovator. Sasha was recently awarded and featured in L.A. Style Magazine’s 2023 Most Influential Industry Leaders. Sasha has a Masters in Public Administration with a focus on health policy & management from NYU, and a Bachelors degree in Child Development and Community Health from Tufts University. She also holds multiple globally recognized certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expert in process improvement, and a Modern Certified Classroom Trainer (MCCT). Sasha applies her expertise when working with others with the belief that INDIVIDUAL CHANGE IMPACTS THE WHOLE. WHEN WE KNOW BETTER WE DO BETTER. Sasha has over 20 years expertise in strategically transforming organizations through strategy, operations and cultural improvements. She has worked in multiple industries and organizations (including healthcare, pharma/biotech, small, medium, non-profit, global and Fortune 500 companies).
