“Rob Herold is the operator of Chick-fil-A Bowie Marketplace. At the age of 17, he was a part-time employee at a Chick-fil-A restaurant when the owner of the franchise asked him “Have you ever dreamed of owning your own business?”. That one question changed his life and in 2009 his dreams of business ownership came true when he was selected to become a Chick-fil-A operator. He has been serving with Chick-fil-A now for 21 years. He believes one of the most important factors that contributed to his success was having a mentor to guide him throughout his journey. This has led Rob to be passionate about leadership development. He has a strong desire to see future generations of leaders pursue their own paths in entrepreneurial endeavors and wants to help them reach their highest potential.”
