Guest Co-Host. Joanne is senior Business and Healthcare consultant with 25+ years of experience in business, healthcare, government, and developmental services. She provides consultation services in business strategy & operational planning; operational design, optimization, and implementation; people and change management; accreditation planning; business evaluation; and business analytics and measurement. As a seasoned management executive, she has strategically planned, coordinated, and executed many business initiatives and programs with a consistent track record of introducing innovative approaches to improving organizational stability, efficiency, and success. Her ability to evaluate, execute and deliver on strategic objectives through corporate roles include, Chief Operations Officer (SterileCare Inc.), Vice President of Operations (CBI Health), Vice President of Operations, Chief Nursing Officer, Privacy Officer (Close the Gap Healthcare), Senior Director of Residential and Transitional Programs or Eastern Canada (CBI Health), Health and Wellness Director with the City of Innisfil, and Director of Client Services (Toronto Central CCAC). Additionally, Joanne served as a member of the Board of Directors with The Alzheimer’s Association of Ontario. Joanne has a degree in Nursing (BScN) from the University of Windsor, a Masters in Health Administration (MHSc) from the University of Toronto and Certified Canadian Health Executive -Canadian College of Health Leaders.
