Kirsten Boileau
Kirsten Boileau, Founder and CEO, Tairo Consulting, is a Learning & Development consultant, who built her career over 17 years at SAP. Kirsten managed the multi-award-winning global social selling program at SAP for 7 years, then moved on to building functional learning programs for Marketing and finally supported Leadership growth and development programs. Kirsten has extensive experience in building large-scale, impactful learning programs, as well as driving leadership and change management initiatives. In 2023, Kirsten launched her own consulting business, Tairo Consulting, which supports small business owners who want to offer learning & development opportunities to support their employee’s upskilling, reskilling, and overall growth. Kirsten has deep expertise in role-based learning, the psychology of learning, and employee development. She is a regular guest speaker and panelist on podcasts and at events.
