Cheryl Perera
Cheryl Perera is the CEO of Aptus Treatment Centre, an organization that has been serving individuals with a developmental delay and complex needs for 45 years. Cheryl’s career spans 30 years, with 20 years spent in senior leadership roles in both the developmental services sector and the healthcare sector. As a values-based, transformative leader, Cheryl cares deeply about people of all abilities and believes in the power of collaborating for results. She has dedicated her career to ensuring that her work is person and family-centred, evidence-informed and impactful. She holds an MSW from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
