Ursula Rehdner
Ursula Rehdner is a strategic, results-oriented, collaborative leader with 20+ years of executive experience. Ursula is a community builder dedicated to developing exceptional stakeholder relations, resulting in innovative and enhanced service solutions and system transformation. Through her executive-level roles, Ursula has multifaceted experience leading organizations and transformation initiatives using expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and human capital development. She is an experienced leader highly skilled in increasing organizational effectiveness and building dynamic cultures with a proven reputation. Ursula is a collaborative team-builder with a demonstrated track record of success in building and directing high-performance multidisciplinary teams in social service organizations. Ursula was the former President & CEO of Aptus Treatment Centre, an organization that supports children, teens and adults who have a developmental disability, including those with a dual diagnosis mental health disorder. She has been working in the developmental services sector for the past 10 years, part of that time serving in her role as Deputy Executive Director at Community Living York South. Ursula dedicated the first 20+ years of her career within community-based health agencies, including Muscular Dystrophy Canada, Spinal Cord Injury Ontario and March of Dimes Canada.
