Janet Tonkins, aka the Cash Flow Diva, is a mother, wife of three, author, speaker, and a real estate powerhouse. Despite her humble beginnings, she's built an empire with over 100 properties, and completed $700 million in deals with family and business partners. The most recent, a $37 million 74-unit apartment building for grandparents raising grandchildren in Paterson, NJ.
