Andrew Parrillo
Andrew Parrillo is a registered investment advisor and the author of Beat the Wealth Management Hustle. A Boston University graduate BS, Andrew served in investment advisory roles at firms before founding his firm in 1995. He founded and worked at Newport Capital Advisers LLC from 1995-2020. Andrew was also the Managing Member and Founder of Victory Road Investors LLC from 2000 to 2020 and the general partner of a multi-manager hedge fund. The hedge fund was Victory Road Diversified Partners LP. Andrew created his firm to control its policies and ethics and to serve clients independently—and creatively by staying off the well-worn path of institutional investors. Andrew wrote his book after people at a holiday party in December 2022 asked what to do with their portfolios after the 2022 market decline of ~ 20%. Andrew realized they had inexplicably not asked their investment advisors and needed context, which he addresses in Beat the Wealth Management Hustle.
